Codanova workshop SAT MixSessions Montréal
The workshop will begin with a presentation of the features and user modes of the VMX VJ with Resolume and Modul8.
Two VMX VJ will then be left available to the participants. They will have the opportunity to go at this workshop with their laptops and favorite software to test the controller and configure their environment.
Presenters: Ma and HpNoTik are two Videographer / VJ specialized in the production, distribution and mix video under the banner QuadByte Video (www.video-qb.com). They will present the VMX VJ Codanova they use for each of their creations.

Codanova New Web Site
Le site de Codanova fait peau neuve, après une transition de quelques mois, un design plus frais plus orienté sur la famille des VMX Studio et VJ.
La toute première série de VMX Studio 1 créé en 2005 vient de disparaitre, la dernière unité est partie en ce début de mois de juin. Elle laissera place à la nouvelle VMX tactile qui sortira en fin d’année 2009.
The Codanova web site facelift after a few months of transition, more oriented on the VMX family (Studio and VJ).
The first series of VMX Studio 1 created in 2005 just disappear, the last unit was sold at the beginning of the month. It leaves place for the new VMX Touch to be released in late 2009.

Nouvelle VMX VJ v2 Codanova
Bonjour la nouvelle VMX VJ vient d’arriver
The new VMX VJ v2 fro Codanova has arrived ! It is a 100% made in France piece of technology and is available now !
A new packaging build to resist, protects the VMX VJ.
The VMX VJ is ligther too ! Only 3kg (25% decrease !). Dimensions are now : 40.5 x 28 x 3 cm (5cm height including knobs). The faders have been updated too : they are more robust and support 50.000 cycles in their life 
We removed the ON/OFF power switch too !
The VMX VJ is still auto powered by USB and plug and play, compatible with PC, Mac and linux...
All VJing software supported : Resolume, Modul8, Arkaos Grand VJ, FlxER, VJamm, Electronika, Flowmotion, Pure Data, Max/MSP Jitter and so on …
All music software also supported : Ableton Live, FL Studio, Deckadance, Cubasse etc…
